After-sales Technician

We are seeking an After Sales Technician responsible for providing excellent customer service after the sale of our products and facilities. You will play a crucial role in building and maintaining long-lasting relationships with our customers by providing world-class technical support.
✔ Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assist in the daily operation and ensure optimal performance of all the company's after-sales services.
- Customer training on site and through remote sessions.
- Provide personalized technical support to customers via telephone, email and other communication channels.
- Manage warranty claims and ensure quick and effective resolution.
- Coordinate repairs and maintenance in collaboration with internal and external technical teams.
- Proactively communicate with customers about product updates, new features, and potential improvements.
✔ Desired profile:
- Individual with initiative, oriented to excellence in all aspects of his work.
- Technical experience in measurement instrumentation (pressure, flow, temperature, optics, lasers...)
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in a similar after-sales position will be valued.
- Customer focused and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in an international environment.
✔ Requirements:
- Minimum training: FP2 in electronic or mechanical specialty. Highly valuable degree in mechanical, electronic, industrial or aerospace technical engineering.
- Advanced command of the English language.
- Valid driving license and availability to travel.
