Calibration Services
We ofer flow calibration both liquids and gases throught one of few laboratories able to calibrate with real viscosities, ensuring performance which is representative of actual operating conditions. Thanks to our experience, you can be sure that your flow meter will be optimally calibrated or adjusted. A properly calibrated device can often replace having to invest in new hardware.
We can provide DAkkS certification for practically all Liquid and Gas Flow calibrations performed.
Ranges and Specifications for Standard Calibrations (Liquids):
Piston/Displacer Primary Standards Oils and Water:
- 0.00005 l/min (0.05 ml/min) to 1500 l/min
- 0.00004 kg/min (0.04 gr/min) to 1500 kg/min
- Accuracy: +/- 0.03%
- Viscosity range: 0.5-2000 mm²/s
Mass Flow Loop Water only:
- up to 5000 l/min – 5000 kg/min
- Accuracy: +/- 0.05%

We are able to perform Real Gas Calibrations, ensuring performance which is representative of actual operating conditions. We can calibrate with Argon, Helium, CO2, H2, Nitrogen, etc.
If your flowmeter cannot be removed from the line or is so urgently needed that cannot be shipped off site without expensive process downtime. We will go to your facility and calibrate your flowmeters on site and under the actual conditions of use.

Air and real gases (DAkkS accreditated):
- 0.1 ml/min (0.0001 l/min) to 20000 l/min
- Accuracy: +/- 0.2% - 1.2%
